Day Nineteen

One thing that i think is missing from my cultural pastiche is fun information that will catch the readers eye. All of my information is facts about their family and what they do. There is nothing fun about the culture that I have displayed.
It can make the reader think that Korea is boring and has nothing fun to do. I should add somethings about what they like to do and what they do for fun. I was going to add the activities that they do as families because they are always together and have a strong family bond.

  1. Fun is always important, I think that you should look up fun things in Korea like if they have any amusement parks close to them or if they have any special places to have events or something.

  2. If you want to get more fun with your story, get creative!
Look into your time era and learn about what the kids did during that time period.
You should be creative with the dialogue between the characters because that is another thing that can catch the reader's eye.

  3. You can still keep the facts in the story but just make them interesting and make the reader want to know what it is like to go there. You can also add some things about the famous building if any that they may want to visit too.

  4. Remember, you can always put in a page before your story starts that has fun facts about your culture, especially if you refer to them in your story.
